A guild DKP system for raid awards, bids and point history

Who earned points, what can they spend and which item caused a deduction? Raidari connects raid participation, DKP balances and loot allocation so officers and members can follow the records.

From raid participation to a clear balance

  1. 01

    Verify participation

Review the roster and confirmed attendance for the event.

  2. 02

    Confirm point awards

Apply guild rules and inspect the resulting points.

  3. 03

    Keep the reason for spending

Use auctions and store purchases with a settlement history.

Award points for verified participation

Set up an event and agree on award rules. Members check in with a code or screenshot according to the event settings. Officers review attendance before confirming awards, keeping the resulting records within the guild.

Understand which points are spendable

Members can inspect their points and history; officer access follows guild permissions. If your guild uses economy periods, distinguish spendable points from pending awards. A bid should be based on the points available now, not an assumed lifetime total.

Connect auction results to spending

For example, a member has 120 DKP and wins an item with an 80-point bid. Auction settlement links the deduction to that result, and history explains the balance change. This is a teaching example: your guild sets actual awards, item costs and allocation rules.

Start from your existing spreadsheet

Keep a backup of your Excel or Google Sheets records, then import the current roster and balances. Review column mappings, matches and conflicts before applying changes. Retain the old spreadsheet for historical transactions.

DKP are internal guild points. Agree on awards, item pricing and cancellation rules with your members; the software does not make those policy decisions for you.

Guild DKP questions

What does DKP mean?

Dragon Kill Points are internal points awarded under guild rules and used when allocating loot. Your guild decides how members earn and spend them.

Can we use EPGP instead?

Yes. Raidari also supports EP/GP priority and Loot Council without point deductions. Choose the method and rules that fit your guild.

Will the complete history of our spreadsheet be imported?

The import workflow handles the roster, current balances and item catalog. It does not promise to reconstruct every historical transaction from an arbitrary spreadsheet.
