How to import DKP from Excel and Google Sheets
Start with a copy of your current spreadsheet and agree on a migration date. Decide which balances are the starting values to avoid awarding the same points twice.
Prepare the source data
Separate the roster from the item catalog. A roster needs character names and current DKP; items need names and base costs. Keep a backup of the source. Add data as a file, pasted text or screenshots.
Review the preview
Map columns in the migration tool and check matches with clan characters and items. Choose create, update or skip for each row. Resolve conflicts and recognition errors before confirming.
Verify the result and invite members
Apply reviewed rows and inspect the report. Compare character counts and starting balances with the backup. Invite members and run the first raid under the new rules.
Importing current data requires clan settings permissions. Support can help discuss your source format. Arbitrary spreadsheet structures and a complete history of old transactions are not promised to import automatically.
