Members check in with a code or screenshot according to event rules. Officers track attendance and stages; OCR helps import the roster from a screenshot.
Prepare positions on a tactical map and link it to the event. Manage queues separately from the roster, then keep matches and videos for review.
Upload an in-game screenshot. Raidari reads the rows and matches them to characters or your catalog. Review and correct the result before adding it.
Import your roster, DKP balances and item catalog with a review before applying changes. No need to retype every character name.
01
A spreadsheet file, pasted text or screenshots. Export or copy data from Google Sheets.
02
Map columns and review characters, matches and conflicts. Choose which rows to create, update or skip.
03
Apply reviewed rows and inspect the report. Always check values recognized from screenshots.
Plans are paid per clan. Start with Free; upgrade for more characters, recognition requests and dedicated storage for regular raids.
Free uses a shared platform storage pool, not a separate allocation for each clan. Paid plans have their own quota. Retention applies to screenshots and files; the DKP ledger is preserved.
Raidari works with MMO clans without requiring a game addon. Choose a game when creating your clan. Library coverage and recognition quality depend on the game and screenshot; you can create your own items and events.
Core raid, member and loot management works on the website. Discord is optional for login and interactions with your clan server.
Yes. Loot Council records the recipient, reason and author without spending points. Item delivery in the game is confirmed separately.
A roster with DKP balances and an item catalog. Review column mappings, matches and conflicts before applying changes. This imports current data; it does not promise to recreate the complete history of an old spreadsheet.
Payment is a separate step in clan settings. When a trial or paid period ends, the clan moves to Free and its quotas apply. Screenshot and file retention depends on the plan; the DKP ledger is preserved.
Free suits a small roster and trying the service. Guild increases character, OCR and storage limits. The current values are shown in the plan cards above.
For a network of clans (up to three on one account) or a very large roster. Pay online; we connect additional clans manually.
No. Day limits apply to screenshots and files, not the points ledger.
Guild and Alliance can be paid online in clan settings — monthly or yearly with a discount.
Save the one-time recovery codes from your profile after registration. You will need them if you forget your password.
